All users worldwide are eligible to use readyRPG for free, provided they are at least 13 years of age. Users under 16 must have parental consent to create an account and use the service. To access the full features of our service, you must create an account and provide a valid, accurate email address. This email address will be used for all communication regarding your account and readyRPG usage.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. It is crucial that you keep your account private, especially as you may store sensitive content such as adventure modules and assets that require privacy protection.
We are committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and welcoming community. Accordingly, you agree not to engage in any behavior that may be deemed abusive, harassing, or discriminatory. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or refuse content that violates these rules at our sole discretion.
If a user is requested to remove content deemed inappropriate by readyRPG, failure to comply within 48 hours of notification may result in account suspension or termination.
Users retain copyright ownership of the content they submit or distribute via readyRPG. However, by using our service, you grant readyRPG a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.
All content on readyRPG remains the property of its respective copyright holders. readyRPG is not responsible for the copyright status of user-submitted content. It is your responsibility to ensure that the content you share complies with all applicable copyright laws.
Any content that you submit, distribute, or share on readyRPG is considered "published." While you may request the removal of personal data and unpublished content, content that has been published or shared publicly remains accessible to users who have previously accessed it.
Once published, content may be downloaded, copied, or used by others, and readyRPG has no control over such dissemination. As such, removing published content from the platform does not revoke any rights granted to users who previously accessed or downloaded it, nor does it ensure complete erasure from the internet. Users acknowledge that publishing content on readyRPG does not revoke or override third-party copyright protections. Content removed from the platform may still exist in backups, cached versions, or copies downloaded by other users, for which readyRPG assumes no liability.
Users remain fully responsible for any content they publish, even after removal from the platform. If a user publishes or shares content that infringes on copyrights or violates laws, they may be held liable for such content, regardless of whether they later remove it from readyRPG.
readyRPG does not actively monitor published content but reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any content at its discretion.
If readyRPG determines that any content violates these Terms, is inappropriate, or is otherwise not suitable for the platform, readyRPG may, at its sole discretion, require the user to remove the content or remove it directly. Continued violation or failure to comply with removal requests may result in account suspension or termination.
At readyRPG, we are committed to protecting your privacy while providing a functional and enjoyable service. This section outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data, as well as your rights regarding that data. By using readyRPG, you consent to the practices described below.

We retain your email address and account data as long as your account remains active. Usage statistics are anonymized and retained indefinitely for service improvement. If you delete your account, personal data (except published content) will be permanently removed within 30 days, though backups may persist for up to 90 days.
Published content (e.g., adventure modules, assets) is considered public and may remain accessible to other users who accessed it prior to deletion. We cannot remove such content from third-party possession.

We use reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or loss (e.g., encryption during transmission). However, no online service is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
readyRPG uses cookies and local storage solely for essential functionality (e.g., login sessions, preferences). These technologies are necessary for the service to operate and do not track you for advertising or third-party purposes. By using readyRPG, you acknowledge their use; if additional consent is required by law, we will prompt you via the platform.
readyRPG is hosted in the Netherlands. If you access the service from outside the Netherlands, your data will be transferred to and processed in the Netherlands, subject to Dutch law. By using readyRPG, you consent to this transfer.

readyRPG may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by us. We do not endorse or guarantee the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties. You acknowledge that readyRPG shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of any third-party websites or services.
readyRPG is not responsible for any transactions, agreements, or damages arising from your use of third-party services or links provided on our platform. Your use of any third-party service is solely at your own risk.
readyRPG is provided "as-is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, merchantability, or reliability.
You acknowledge that readyRPG has no obligation to maintain, continue, or support the service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service, in whole or in part, at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, and without liability to you or any third party. This includes the right to delete all user accounts, content, and data associated with readyRPG at our sole discretion.
readyRPG does not guarantee data availability, uptime, error-free functionality, security, service longevity, or data storage reliability. We assume no responsibility for any loss of data, interruptions, technical malfunctions, or service unavailability, whether caused by our actions, external events, or otherwise. Users are solely responsible for backing up their content, and readyRPG has no obligation to restore any lost, deleted, or corrupted data.
readyRPG allows users to make voluntary donations via PayPal to support creators (referred to as "donatees") who distribute content through the platform.
Donations are processed through readyRPG's PayPal account, and readyRPG maintains a detailed record of the amounts allocated to each donatee.
Donations do not grant donors any ownership rights, control, or special privileges over readyRPG or the content provided by donatees.
Donatees can request a payout of their accumulated funds to their own PayPal account via their readyRPG account.
readyRPG will inform donatees at least once per month about the balance available for withdrawal.
Donatees are responsible for any applicable PayPal transaction fees or currency conversion fees. readyRPG is not responsible for covering these costs.
To minimize fees, donatees may choose to accumulate donations in their readyRPG account until they reach a threshold they deem suitable for withdrawal.
While PayPal is currently the only payout method, readyRPG may introduce other payment systems in the future at its sole discretion.
Users will be notified via the platform or email if alternative payout options become available.
Donations are non-refundable.
Once a donation is processed, neither the donor nor the donatee may request a refund from readyRPG.
If a donatee's account is deleted, terminated, or voluntarily closed while they still have a balance, they will receive at least 30 days' notice via email to withdraw their funds.
If the donatee does not withdraw their funds within 30 days of the notice, the remaining balance will be forfeited to readyRPG.
Once forfeited, funds will not be recoverable, and readyRPG has no obligation to make further payments.
Donatees are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to the funds they receive through readyRPG.
readyRPG does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for handling tax filings on behalf of donatees.
readyRPG is not responsible for fraudulent donations, including chargebacks or payments made with stolen payment methods. Any disputes between donors and donatees regarding donations must be resolved directly between the parties involved. readyRPG may, at its discretion, provide limited assistance in resolving disputes but is not obligated to mediate or refund any amounts.
We currently intend to support the community but reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any user content, account, or the entirety of the readyRPG service at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, cases where a user:

Although readyRPG is free, users who excessively consume system resources (e.g., bandwidth, storage, server load), disrupt service stability, or violate these Terms & Conditions may be subject to:
We reserve the right to determine what constitutes excessive resource usage, disruptive behavior, or a Terms violation. Users whose accounts are suspended or terminated for violations may submit an appeal within 30 days of the decision by contacting isaac@readyrpg.com. Appeals must include a detailed explanation and supporting evidence.
readyRPG reserves sole discretion in reviewing appeals and is not obligated to reinstate any account. Decisions made on appeals are final.
Users whose accounts are suspended or terminated may not create a new account or access readyRPG under a different identity without prior written permission from readyRPG.
If you believe that any content on readyRPG infringes upon your intellectual property rights or violates these Terms and Conditions, you may submit a removal request to isaac@readyrpg.com. Your request must include:
Upon receipt of a valid request, readyRPG will review the claim within a reasonable timeframe and, if warranted, remove or restrict access to the infringing content.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable in a specific jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply in full force.
Users accessing readyRPG from outside the Netherlands do so at their own initiative and are responsible for complying with local laws, including applicable export control laws and regulations. readyRPG reserves the right to restrict access to the service in regions where it is prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless readyRPG, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, service providers, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and legal expenses) arising out of or related to:
readyRPG reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to assume exclusive defense and control over any matter subject to indemnification by you. In such cases, you agree to cooperate fully with readyRPG's defense strategy and settlement negotiations. You may not settle any claim without readyRPG’s prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, readyRPG's total liability for any claims arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to the amount, if any, that you paid to readyRPG within the last 12 months. If no payments were made, readyRPG’s liability shall not exceed €100 in total, regardless of the nature of the claim.
Under no circumstances shall readyRPG be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, reputational harm, or service interruptions arising from any claim indemnified under this section.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be posted on this page, and users will be notified via email or in-platform announcements. By continuing to use readyRPG after an update, you acknowledge and agree to the revised Terms. If you do not accept the new Terms, you must stop using readyRPG and request account deletion.
